|Recommended: NoThere is no help or professionalism in the office — I enjoy staying here. It's nice and quite. Everyone is friendly. It's a gated community which is a plus.
I only started to have problems when I changed Apartments. Moving from one unit to another he office management still will not get back to me about refunding money that they shouldn't have ever held from me. Also doing a walk through with one of the managers we where made promises that they now say they can't keep. And we keep getting the run around. One person says they can't do it another person says they don't know what's going on. And i can call every day for a week and still nobody knows nothing and won't do anything.

|Recommended: YesQuiet, well kept, great location — This is a nice quiet property, only 12 units. Our 1-bdr.-apt. has a generous layout, so 2 people can live comfortably. There is assigned parking on the parking lot next to the building. The appliances and fixtures are older, but well kept and properly working. A ground keeper is coming by multiple times per week to take care of the landscaping and cleaning the laundry room. There are 2 coin-operated washers and dryers, and with only 12 units it's never too crowded. We did not have to call maintenance yet, so I can't rate the response time etc. - they are always very friendly when I see them out there, tho. The location of the property is great, walking distance to many stores, CVS, Starbucks also bus stop for 4 different bus lines in front. They are also dog friendly here, the dog fee is 50 monthly. We like living here, and we can truly recommend Guava Court.

|Recommended: YesWell taken care of property with respectable neighbors — I have lived here for about a year and this is hands down the best and reasonably priced property in Chula Vista that I've lived at. I tend to move a lot due to not being interested in my complex or and the management but I just signed a lease for another year at this location, a first for me in history I love living here
